    Karen handles all of the administrative functions of the Chamber. From answering the phone, greeting visitors, compiling the weekly email and monthly newsletter, to taking meeting minutes and selling River City Gold, Karen has a hand in everything you might need from the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce!

    Among Karen’s strengths are consistency and harmony, which make her a good team player.  Her empathetic nature is apparent in her customer service role. Karen is our go-to person for questions about Chamber history, trends and anecdotes.


    Jenny Holm
    Member Engagement Coordinator
    Start Date: January 2020

    Jenny leads the charge for membership growth and retention, which involves planning and logistics for all Chamber events and programs. She is staff liaison for several volunteer committees, including: Events and the Chamber Ambassadors. Jenny was born and raised in Clinton, and graduated from Clinton High School in 1986. Her children have all graduated from Clinton High School, and Jenny went on to graduate from the University of Iowa in 2016. Jenny is honored to serve the Clinton area and looks forward to meeting new people and sharing the mission of the Chamber.



    Lesley Webster
    Director, Clinton Convention & Visitors Bureau

    Lesley has the privilege of helping our attractions, hotels, restaurants, and businesses to grow and thrive by bringing in visitors from outside the area. She loves helping connect community to resources, and one of her favorite parts of this role is being able to combine her creativity in marketing and event planning with her enthusiasm for details and organization. Lesley graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Business Marketing and has a background in non-profit management and community programming. She believes in spreading kindness and creating a culture in which we all make each other better.




    Tracy Frahm
    Business Manager
    Start Date: July 2019

    Tracy manages the accounting and financial duties of the Chamber. She is one of the faces behind the scenes that helps ensure the Chamber runs smoothly. Tracy provides support to the Chamber board and staff, and helps with a little bit of everything as needed. She is a graduate of Iowa State with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Tracy brings with her a strive for excellence, her business knowledge, and her outgoing personality.
