    Andy joins Grow Clinton after serving six years as the Vice President of the Clinton Regional Development Corporation (CRDC). In March 2022, the CRDC merged with the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce to form Grow Clinton. The mission of Grow Clinton is to promote business growth, build community, and advocate for the sustainable economic success of the Greater Clinton Region. Andy works with the Grow Clinton team on business retention, attraction, marketing of the region and tourism. 

    Before entering into a community and economic development career, Andy served as an air traffic controller in the United States Air Force.

    Matt joins Grow Clinton after a decade of running The Sawmill Museum in Clinton. Given his role at The Sawmill, he served on the tourism board for a decade along with various Chamber and Economic Development related committees. He is excited to bring these worlds together to help the team spur growth in Clinton’s economic and community development. Never hesitate to reach out with an idea or project!

    Karen handles all of the administrative functions of the Grow Clinton Organization. From answering the phone, greeting visitors, compiling the weekly email, sending invoices and recording payments, to taking meeting minutes and selling River City Gold, Karen has a hand in everything you might need from the Grow Clinton Organization!

    Among Karen’s strengths are consistency and harmony, which make her a good team player.  Her empathetic nature is apparent in her customer service role. Karen is our go-to person for questions about Grow Clinton history, trends and anecdotes.

    Jenny Holm

    Jenny leads the charge for membership growth, retention and community relations. She visits businesses and industries to keep her fingers on the pulse of our members needs. She is staff liaison for several volunteer committees. Jenny was born and raised in Clinton, and graduated from Clinton High School in 1986. Her children have all graduated from Clinton High School, and Jenny went on to graduate from the University of Iowa in 2016. Jenny is honored to serve the Clinton area and looks forward to meeting new people and sharing the mission of the Grow Clinton Organization.

    Lesley has the privilege of helping our attractions, hotels, restaurants, and businesses to grow and thrive by bringing in visitors from outside the area. She loves helping connect community to resources, and one of her favorite parts of this role is being able to combine her creativity in marketing and event planning with her enthusiasm for details and organization. Lesley graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Business Marketing and has a background in non-profit management and community programming. She believes in spreading kindness and creating a culture in which we all make each other better.

    Stacy's focus is on Workforce Development and Talent Attraction. She works with business & industry to communicate their needs to our education partners to develop educational programs that will allow students to be successful after high school with careers that keep them local.

    Ashley Hatteberg

    Ashley is responsible for creating all Grow Clinton marketing material: from direct email to printed flyers to social media and beyond. She also plans and promotes all Grow Clinton events including ribbon cuttings, Biz After 5, Coffee Talk, and more.
