Memories in the Making - November 12 at 7 p.m.
This year, Memories in the Making will be held as a virtual event on Thursday, November 12 from 7 - 7:30 p.m. And it’s free—no tickets required!

The Memories in the Making program offers art therapy to those who are living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. This unique program provides an opportunity to reminisce and create art from meaningful life moments.

The beautiful artwork from the Memories in the Making program in the Quad Cities will be auctioned off, and with the dollars raised, the Alzheimer’s Association can continue to provide care and support to families during these difficult times while also advancing critical research toward methods of treatment and prevention.

Register today at QCMIM20.givesmart.com. Anyone across the state of Iowa and beyond is welcome to register and attend.

November is National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month and National Family Caregivers Month
The Alzheimer’s Association marks these events by recognizing and honoring the more than 16 million family members and friends across the U.S. who are currently caring for a person living with Alzheimer’s.

During November, the Alzheimer’s Association will celebrate the heroic contributions of Alzheimer’s and dementia caregivers, while also raising awareness about the unique challenges these caregivers face, and the Association’s many resources to support caregivers in their important work.
