The Felix Adler Children's Discovery Center, "Clinton, Iowa's Children's Museum!" will hold it's annual omelet breakfast fundraiser Sunday, March 24, serving from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event will be held at the Discovery Center, 332 Eighth Avenue South, in downtown Clinton.  The meal ticket includes free admission to the children's museum, and guests are invited to stay to tour and play and explore exhibits and activities.

The breakfast is an important fundraiser for the non-profit organization. Proceeds will go toward producing the wide array of educational programs offered at the museum.

The delicious menu includes:  made to order omelets that guests can build with personalized ingredients, pancakes, sausage, baked goods, and juice, milk, and coffee.  Sponsors include: Kwik Star, Casey's General Store, Aldi, Citizens First Bank, Clinton National Bank, and Ray Franklin.

Many volunteers will be on hand to cook items, serve guests, and turn the Discovery Center into a pop-up restaurant for the morning.  A team of "egg-xtra special" chefs will work in shifts to create the omelets.

Carry out meals will also be available.

Tickets are now on sale at the Children's Discovery Center. Guests can save with advance purchase:  $9 for adults and teens ($10 at the door), $5 for children ages 4 to 12, and FREE for children 3 years and younger.
The Felix Adler Children's Discovery Center is a non-profit children's museum whose mission is to provide a safe and positive environment for families to discover the world by exploring arts, culture, literacy and science through educational programs and interactive exhibits.
