Responsible for development and implementation of the individual program plans. Advising staff in methods of implementation for individual program objectives and assist them in carrying out employment program procedures. Provide on-site job training at various job sites assisting individuals to learn job duties and expectations of the position.
Assist in completing placement of potential SEP Individuals which would include completing applications: assisting with the interview process and any other employment needs.
Coach and counsel supportive employment individuals in development and implementation of their individual program plans and to empower consumers to achieve their personal goals and objectives.
Maintain individuals records as required, progress toward individual goals, quarterly evaluation forms and follow-up reports.
Advise staff members in methods of implementation for individual program objectives and assist them in carrying out program procedures.Must have 9.5 hours of Employment training through direct Course or an ACRE certified training. Also, complete 4 hours of continuing education in Employment Services annually.
Must complete Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) exam within 2 years.
Provide job coaching to individuals as assigned. Provide each individual in teaching and training to work on phasing out to help them in maintaining their employment.
Responsible for providing electronic documentation per Skyline's standards.
