Executive Director

POSITION SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, team building, coaching and mentoring skills. This position will lead, train, direct and coordinate all operations of the Skyline Center and Skyline Residential Services. Proactively manage all financial affairs of the organization. This position reports to the Skyline Board of Directors regarding the activities of the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Lead, direct and organize all operations of the Skyline organization.

Report to the Skyline Board of Directors on the activities of the organization.

Follow the Board of Directors direction on matters of financial administration, Skyline policies and agency goal planning.

With input from the Board, lead the development of a long-term strategic plan and subsequent short- and long-term plans for organization.

Lead, coach, mentor and direct the activities of Department Directors in carrying out Skyline's Mission. Nurture a culture of collaboration.

Prepare contracts with funding agencies and ensure Skyline is compliant with contract regulations and all licensing and certification requirements.

Act as liaison between funding agencies and advocate groups.

Represent Skyline as a spokesperson for the organization at community functions and through the media.

Provide rehabilitation counseling expertise to Skyline personnel to assist them in providing excellent services.

Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
