JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Coordinator ensures support and coordination of effort for the leadership team. The Administrative Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director to coordinate activities, communication, and services across members of the leadership team. In this capacity the Administrative Coordinator is a critical link in facilitating communications between the Executive Director, organizational leadership, board members, staff, and the community. The Administrative Coordinator provides critical support to the Skyline Center Board and the Skyline Center Foundation Board of Directors, including coordinating Board Committees and Board Meetings and facilitating communication between the Executive Director and Board.
