there are those who sit back and wait and those who get right to it.
History tells us that success and profitability usually go to the
latter. Nearly 700 members of the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce have
built a vital force in the area with a proven commitment to
"getting right to it".
What is the Chamber of Commerce?
The Chamber is a voluntary, non-profit,
membership, business organization. Owned and operated by area business
members and organizations, and directed by a board of volunteers, the
Chamber is helping businesses do more business. To achieve this
overreaching goal, the chamber promotes the Clinton area as a center of
commerce, and actively works to secure a well-balanced business
community and a strong economy. The results are simple; an improved
quality of life for everyone.

The Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce is an
association of businesses organized to encourage a strong local economy
and quality of life by promoting a well-balanced regional community,
receptive business climate, sound government and an informed membership
and community.
Vision & Goals
The Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce Board of
Directors envisions that the members of the Clinton Area Chamber of
Commerce will provide leadership to assure the following ends:
• Clinton, Camanche and Fulton are a high
quality place to do business, work, live, visit and meet.
• Clinton, Camanche and Fulton have a vibrant
business community.
• Quality businesses contribute to the
Clinton area's broad tax base, diverse economy and quality of life.
• Identification and action on Clinton area
transporation needs.
• Downtown Clinton Economic Enhancement
Strategy is fully implemented.
• The Clinton area's visitor potenial is
maximized.
