In July of 2002, The Clinton Area Chamber of
Commerce instituted The Clapper Award for Excellence in Customer
Service to recognize employees who provide truly exceptional customer
service. Help us encourage Clinton area employees to provide
excellence in customer service and to award those who exemplify that
attitude!

Congratulations to Raedene
Ryan of Land Eye Center who was the
recipient of the CLAPPER AWARD for Excellence in Customer Service.
Raedene was nominated by Marsha Smith, who reiterated the
feelings of Radene's co-workers: saying, “Raedene has displayed
exemplary customer service to all the patients in her receptionist
position. She is all smiles when she speaks either on the phone
or face to face. Raedene will often remember important events in
patient's lives and will always remark to them about it, she has an
excellent memory. She is truly a remarkable person with a very
